Shipping

We are dedicated to providing you with the smoothest and fastest shipping options in the galaxy!

 

DOMESTIC U.S SHIPPING - FREE (with tracking number)

All orders under 13 oz will ship within 1-2 business days via USPS First Class Mail. Most orders will arrive in 2-3 business days upon shipping, with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii (3-4). All orders greater than 13 oz will ship via USPS Priority Mail within 1-2 business days. Most orders will arrive in 2 business days upon shipping, with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii (3-4).

 

INTERNATIONAL  SHIPPING - $12

All orders will ship within 1-2 business days via USPS International First Class Mail. Most orders will arrive within 2 weeks upon shipping depending on the location. All International shipments come with a custom tracking number that will show you when your package has left the United States.

 

LOST PACKAGES

In the rare case of a lost package, you must contact us within no later than 7 days of the order being labeled as "delivered". We will contact USPS and determine whether the order was delivered on time and at the correct location. If it was lost, we will ship out a new order to you at no extra charge.

RETURNS

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To ask for a return, please email us at hello@constellations.com. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
